Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Daily Management of the Cleaning Center and Tank Area:
- Responsible for the daily recycling, cleaning, release, and distribution of tools and equipment in the cleaning center.
- Arrange staff shifts reasonably to ensure accurate and timely solvent in and out of the tank area, without affecting project production.
- Maintain the environment of the cleaning center and tank area to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and no major safety hazards.
Process Optimization and Cost Control:
- Analyze the operation processes of various links in daily cleaning and operations, identify and solve bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Improve operational efficiency, optimize personnel allocation, and reduce labor costs.
Cleaning and Turnover of Secondary Equipment:
- Communicate closely with relevant departments such as the workshop engineering department to ensure smooth information flow.
- Respond promptly to abnormal situations, urgently solve equipment shortages, and ensure normal project production.
Solvent Planning and Control in the Tank Area:
- Optimize and coordinate solvent delivery, warehousing, and usage scheduling to ensure alignment between plans and actual usage.
- Set reasonable safety stock and minimum stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Regularly analyze plan deviation rates and develop improvement plans.
Safety and Compliance:
- Strictly implement warehouse safety management systems, such as fire safety, cargo stacking norms, and hazardous materials storage requirements.
- Regularly conduct safety training and emergency drills to enhance employee safety awareness.
- Comply with relevant laws and regulations to ensure warehouse operations are compliant.
- Ensure the safety and protection of personnel, equipment, and goods, and handle incidents of damage and accidents.
Qualifications:
Experience and Teamwork:
- 5 years of CDMO experience with good team spirit.
- Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Chinese, capable of fluent technical communication with both the local Singapore team and the technical team in China.
- Enhance team cohesion through group activities, meetings, and employee recognition.
Communication and Problem-Solving Skills:
- Possess excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Organizational, Coordination, and Leadership Skills:
- Have strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills.

- Effectively communicate and cooperate between departments.
Employee Development and Training:
- Develop and train subordinates to improve their work skills and efficiency.
- Effectively train and enhance the management capabilities and technical skills of the team (especially grassroots managers), cultivating qualified local management talents for the base.
