We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Voice Recording and Telephone Systems for large-scale MRT and rail infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical systems while managing stakeholders and leading technical teams end-to-end.
Responsibilities:

• Design, procure, install, test, and commission Voice Recording and Telephone Systems for MRT projects.
• Manage stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide software and hardware technical support to end users.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and as-built documentation.
• Maintain records of design changes, test results, and approvals.
• Lead and coordinate engineers and technicians to meet project milestones.
• Support tenders and bids with technical proposals and cost estimates.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proven leadership, conflict resolution, and mentoring ability.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in dynamic project environments.
