Responsibilities

• Responsible for tester installation, re-configuration, upgrade, repair and debug
• Identify and execute continuous improvement to improve test performance and OEE
• Generate technical gap analysis of new hardware, software and license requirement
• Provide technical training to production personnel
• Coordinate and lead machine suppliers on project costing and time management
• Support audit / visit and render assistance in solving outstanding/quality issues

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in any engineering field or equivalent
• Knowledge of equipment, testers, handlers
• Prior experience in equipment troubleshoot, maintenance and repair
• Semiconductor Programming & Application skills
• Good planning & organizing ability and a team player
• Familiar with Quality Management – Problem Solving, SPC, DOE, FMEA
• Good communication & presentation skills
