• Position Title: Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive
• Working Location: Raffles Place
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm
• Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full corporate secretarial functions for international clients, including company incorporations, foreign registrations, striking-off, preparation of resolutions, and bank account matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Handle corporate secretarial matters for Singapore and offshore entities to maintain compliance.
• Prepare and maintain statutory documents (e.g., resolutions, registers, share transfers).
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely regulatory filings (e.g., ACRA, CR).
• Perform e-filings and maintain up-to-date company records.
• Respond to client queries professionally via email and phone.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
• Conduct KYC reviews and perform due diligence checks.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
