About the Role

This is not a typical recruiter role. As a Senior Consultant in Executive Search, you will lead end-to-end search mandates for senior leadership positions across industries. You will be a trusted advisor — not just to clients, but to the leaders you engage, assess, and present.

What You Will Do

• Lead confidential executive search assignments from brief to placement, managing all stakeholder touchpoints with precision and care
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with senior executives, board members, and HR leaders
• Conduct deep market mapping and talent intelligence to present curated, insightful shortlists
• Engage senior passive candidates with credibility, discretion, and genuine market knowledge
• Advise clients on leadership landscape, compensation, and organisational considerations beyond the brief
• Contribute to business development through your existing network and client relationships
• Play an active role in mentoring junior team members where relevant

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 6–10 years in executive search, management consulting, or senior-level talent advisory
• Comfortable operating with complexity — multiple stakeholders, sensitive searches, ambiguous briefs
