Job Description

• Drive commercial performance across APAC markets, including Singapore and key Southeast Asia countries
• Oversee country-level execution to ensure alignment with regional business strategies
• Lead revenue growth initiatives and identify opportunities for market expansion
• Take full accountability for overall commercial outcomes across multiple markets
• Collaborate closely with HQ and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and alignment

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, preferably with CNS exposure
• Proven track record in driving business growth with strong P&L ownership and commercial acumen
• Regional experience managing APAC / Southeast Asia markets, with the ability to operate independently and drive execution across countries
