Job Description
Our client, a leading global systems integrator, is seeking a dynamic Client Partner to lead its strategic alliance with Microsoft across Southeast Asia. This role focuses on driving joint go-to-market initiatives, strengthening the partner ecosystem, and enabling business growth through Microsoft-powered solutions.
You will act as the key liaison between internal consulting teams and Microsoft counterparts—building alignment, co-developing market strategies, and ensuring value delivery across shared clients and industry segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Microsoft teams to plan and execute joint sales and go-to-market strategies at territory and account levels.
- Co-create and manage integrated marketing and demand-generation initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Oversee alliance governance, including partner reporting, compliance, and performance tracking.
- Support internal sales teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle—from qualification to closure.
- Drive engagement and collaboration across business units to strengthen Microsoft-related pursuits.
- Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline, identifying opportunities for joint offerings and solution development.
- Develop value propositions that address client challenges through Microsoft technologies and services.
- Manage key client and partner stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and long-term collaboration.
- Promote ethical business practices and uphold organisational values in all engagements.
About You
- 5 + years of experience in sales, business development, or alliance management within the technology or consulting sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving growth targets and building strategic client or partner relationships.
- Strong familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including its partner programs, technologies, and go-to-market models.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making in complex environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working across matrixed, cross-functional teams in a regional context.
