Responsibilities and requirements:

• Assist in the daily operations and work towards the achieve of targeted budgets.
• Keep current of market trends and assist to plan menu accordingly.
• Perform duties in compliance with the established policies and procedures, and job description.
• Implement and conduct relevant training for team members.
• Maintain effective communications between management and all team members.
• Maintain a high standards of skills to preparation and presentation, and closely monitor portion conformity and ingredients specifications.
• Ensure cleaning schedule is adhered to.
• Take responsibility for the adherence and compliance of all health, safety and food hygiene legislation.
• At least 6 years of proven experience with Japanese cuisine in a related capacity.
• Planning individualized and unique multi-course Japanese menu.
• Has excellent sense of taste and creativity in food presentation.
• Strong leadership skills to lead, manage and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
