About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Channel Sales Manager to lead and grow channel operations across SEA. The role focuses on expanding market reach, driving order growth through indirect sales, and building strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach channel managers across SEA.
- Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Recruit, train, and manage new and existing partners.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to support partner success.
- Design incentive programs and monitor partner performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Min 12+ years in channel sales, partner management, or business development and in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of SEA market and partner ecosystems.
- Proven experience with indirect sales models.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in testing and measurement instrument is a MUST.
