Job Description

Overview:
You will drive revenue growth by developing strategic partnerships and securing clients for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, build long-term relationships with key accounts, and lead business development initiatives ensuring seamless client experience while achieving ambitious revenue targets.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored event solutions.
  • Lead the development of compelling proposals and pitch presentations that align with client objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality events.
  • Present business strategies and innovative event solutions to clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business prospects.
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the MICE industry or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of the relevant industry and a network of contacts within the sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision- makers.
  • Ability to develop and present creative, customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
