Sunline Technology is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support banking technology implementation projects. The role will work closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to analyse business requirements and deliver effective financial technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear system specifications and documentation.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and discussions with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
• Support project lifecycle activities including solution design, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify opportunities for business process improvements and system enhancements.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar IT role.
• Experience in banking systems, financial services technology, or enterprise IT projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and system documentation.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
