Job Description

·      We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Temenos Transact (T24) and strong domain knowledge across Trading, Treasury, and Private Banking/Wealth Management. 

·      The ideal candidate will have a proven background in business analysis, solution design, and delivery of complex trading and treasury implementations, with hands-on experience in Securities, Corporate Actions, Treasury, and Derivatives.

·       The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into robust functional solutions aligned with Temenos best practices and regulatory standards. 

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead requirement gathering and business workshops with stakeholders for Trading and Treasury products including FX, Money Market, Derivatives, Securities, and Bonds.

·       Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and system specifications aligned with Temenos Transact (T24) capabilities.

·       Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal functional solutions, configurations, or enhancements to meet business and regulatory requirements.

·       Drive functional design, configuration, and parameterization of Temenos Trading and Treasury modules.

·       Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Integration teams to ensure end-to-end delivery. 

·      Oversee SIT and UAT planning and execution, ensuring full traceability from business requirements to test scenarios and results.

·       Support integration testing with front-office, risk management, accounting, and downstream systems.

·       Assist with data migration validation, regression testing, and post-go-live support activities. 

·      Provide domain leadership within the project team and mentor junior Business Analysts on Temenos and Trading processes.

·       Stay current with market practices, regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID, Basel), and SWIFT standards relevant to trading and treasury operations.

Required Skills & Experience

·       8–12 years of overall experience in Banking IT, with minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Temenos Transact (T24).

·       At least 8 years of T24 experience, including a minimum of 5 years in Business Analysis, Consulting, or Solution Delivery within Private Banking or Wealth Management.

·       Strong domain expertise in Treasury and Trading products: Money Markets Foreign Exchange (FX) Derivatives Bonds and Securities Experience in configuring and supporting Temenos Treasury & Risk (TR) modules.

·       Solid understanding of deal lifecycle, position management, revaluation, settlement, and accounting processes.

·       Proven ability to produce high-quality Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Traceability Matrices.

·       Hands-on experience in functional testing, SIT, and UAT coordination. 

·      Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. 

·      Good to Have Experience with Temenos Integration Framework (TIF) and front-to-back treasury integration with third-party systems. 

·      Knowledge of Temenos Infinity, Analytics, or AA (Arrangement Architecture). 

·      Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in global delivery models. 

·      Relevant certifications such as Temenos Certification, ACI Dealing Certificate, or other Treasury/Trading domain credentials.
