• Design and document end-to-end process maps across insurance functions including Agency, Finance, Operations, and Risk, capturing process flows, system interactions, data handoffs, and risk/control points
• Map core system data flows into the Data Warehouse and document how downstream outputs such as reports, payments, and journal entries are produced
• Analyse existing processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend improvements aligned with business, operational, and regulatory requirements
• Produce documentation that meets enterprise standards and supports auditability, risk management, and change impact analysis
• Collaborate with business and technology teams in an agile delivery environment, contributing to iterative solution design and sprint-based delivery

Requirements

• Prior experience in business process mapping within the Life & Health insurance industry
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and downstream reporting or payment processes
• Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent
