We are looking for a Senior BIM Technical Executive to join our team - someone who is passionate about harnessing BIM to transform the way buildings are designed, coordinated, and delivered.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage 3D BIM models for architectural projects in compliance with BCA BIM standards and project requirements.
• Generate construction drawings, documentation, and schedules directly from BIM models.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination across disciplines (Architectural, C&S, M&E).
• Support the preparation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve design/technical issues using BIM workflows.
• Maintain and update BIM libraries, templates, and office standards.
• Assist in BIM submissions to authorities (e.g. CORENET X / BIM e-submission).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience in modeling, coordination, or technical support.
• Proficient in Revit (Architecture), AutoCAD, and Navisworks; knowledge of BIM 360/Dynamo is an advantage.
• Familiar with Singapore BIM standards and BCA submission requirements.
• Certification in BIM (e.g. BCAA Specialist Diploma in BIM, VDC/IDD certification) preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
