Job Description

We are seeking a Senior BIM Modeller (Electrical) to support BIM modelling and coordination for Electrical works for the Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) project in Tuas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models for Electrical systems using Revit
• Prepare coordinated 3D models for electrical services including cable trays, trunking, conduits and equipment layouts
• Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings from BIM models
• Participate in clash detection and coordination with other disciplines (Mechanical, Architectural and Civil)
• Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM standards and requirements
• Update models based on site conditions and design revisions
• Coordinate with engineers, BIM manager and site teams for model accuracy and constructability

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modelling for Electrical services
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP), Navisworks and AutoCAD
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, industrial or construction projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical services modelling and coordination processes
• Familiar with BIM standards and project submission requirements in Singapore
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
• Willingness to work at Tuas area. Transportation provided from designation MRT station to site office
