We are seeking a presentable and skilled Beautician / Facial Therapist to join our spa and wellness team. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on facial treatment skills, good customer service, and relevant professional certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments including makeup removal, cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, mask application, and basic skincare procedures.
• Ensure all treatments are carried out with proper technique, flow, rhythm, and hygiene standards.
• Provide professional skin analysis and skincare consultation to customers.
• Recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on customers’ needs.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and treatment experience.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service excellence and sales targets.

Requirements

• Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in beauty, spa, or facial therapy.
• Possess relevant beauty therapy certification (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ Beauty Therapy or equivalent).
• Strong hands-on facial techniques and knowledge of skincare products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-service oriented.
• Responsible, positive attitude, and able to work in a team environment.

Working Hours

• Retail working hours with shift schedule (945- 645 /1130-830)
• Weekend and public holiday work required.

Remuneration

Basic salary with commission and performance incentives.
