Recipe Management – Follow standard recipes, adjust when needed, and develop new products.
Quality Control – Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Inventory & Ordering – Monitor ingredients, check stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies.
Team Supervision – Guide junior bakers, assign tasks, and provide on-the-job training.
Hygiene & Safety – Maintain cleanliness, follow food safety and workplace safety standards.
Operations Support – Assist in scheduling, production planning, and meeting daily output targets.
