Responsibilities:

• Follow up with parents of enrolled students and on waitlist students on required documents for their subsidy applications.
• Monitor the progress of applications. Inform parents on the outcome.
• Update data base and records of the applications
• Maintain proper records are in place - hard & soft copies
• Clients transiting to Special schools, assist parents to submit applications. Monitor the progress and outcome of the applications.
• Clients who require special devices for their development, liaise with the intervention team on the purchase of devices, payment, delivery
• Process monthly fee deductions of students through GIRO and non-GIRO payment
• Work with other admin in centre on other administrative needs, facilities repairs & maintenance
