We are seeking experienced architects to join our team. As a Senior Architect (lead) / Associate, you will be responsible for leading architectural design and project management of large-scale complex projects. This position require strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and project management of large-scale complex projects
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders and team members
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent academic qualifications in architecture
• Minimum 10 years of experience plus BOA registration preferred for Senior Architect position
• Experience in design or project management of large-scale complex projects (SGD $150 million and above)
• Familiarity with Public Projects (PSSCOC) protocol of project management
• Experience in healthcare projects highly preferred
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
