Job Summary:

• Monday - Friday, 830am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the key contact for dedicated customers to ensure complete solutions using company products for their applications.
• Define needs, organize, and provide technical training to subsidiaries, and customers on the use of our products.
• Maintain and update training and course materials.
• Organize and provide technical support to subsidiaries, and customers for new applications.
• Act as an expert on the use of products and understand the context in which the products are used.
• Analyze problems and find solutions to meet customer and market needs.
• Develop best-known methods and best practices for the use of products.
• Generate and update application and technical notes.
• Support our sales teams by providing demos and technical information on our products and assist them during customer negotiations.
• Perform commissioning of products, tests and demonstration.
• Recommend product improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline with minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Proven experience in mechatronics / industrial machine design.
• Professional requirements (Technical skills: knowledge of tools, methods, project management…)
• Good programming skills in C/C++ and C#.
• Knowledge of control/regulation theory.
• Additional programming knowledge (MATLAB, Python, etc.).
