- Position Title: Senior Airfreight Customer Service Executive
- Working Location: Changi Cargo Complex
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am – 6pm), Alternate Sat (9am – 1pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for key clients on airfreight enquiries and requirements.
- Manage end-to-end quotation processes (RFQs, ad-hoc, and project shipments) with a competitive pricing approach.
- Engage with airlines, co-loaders, and vendors to secure optimal rates and cargo space.
- Follow up on quotations and support conversion into confirmed shipments.
- Provide market updates, including pricing trends, capacity, and peak season insights to clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate closely with operations, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Collaborate with the Sales/ SOE team on account management and business development activities.
- Track shipment progress and proactively handle any issues or exceptions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in systems (e.g., Shipthis).
- Guide and support junior team members when necessary.

- At least 5 years of experience in airfreight or freight forwarding sector.
- Strong understanding of airfreight operations, pricing strategies, and airline coordination.
- Proven track record in quotation management and customer service.
- Familiarity with Singapore Customs procedures (e.g., XO, OD permits) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage key client accounts effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
