Job Description:
- Oversee the performance of outsourced maintenance service providers for civil and building systems, ensuring functionality and serviceability at all times.
- Audit and monitor the service standards of specialist vendors and outsourced maintenance providers.
- Support the Head of Department and Building Managers in capital replacements, system upgrades, and building improvement projects.
- Coordinate and support the companies projects and minor works.
- Planning and overseeing upgrades and improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in ACMV Setting in Healthcare Environment
