• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Food Packaging)
• Position Title: Senior Accounts Executive
• Working Location: Depot Road (Bukit Merah)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $3,800 - $4,500 + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and month-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
• Manage audit processes, including liaising with external auditors and preparing audit schedules.
• Handle taxation matters, including GST submission, corporate tax computation, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Support process improvements and system enhancements where applicable.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, with exposure to full set of accounts.
• Experience in audit coordination and taxation (GST, corporate tax) is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
