Job Summary

Manage full sets of accounts and deliver timely financial management, accounting, and GST compliance services for diverse clients, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines independently while maintaining clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for clients across various industries to ensure accurate financial records
• Perform monthly and quarterly accounting tasks to support client financial management
• Prepare clients’ year-end accounts and submit management reports promptly to meet deadlines
• Prepare quarterly GST schedules and ensure accurate and timely GST submissions
• Communicate proactively on the status of accounting jobs while managing multiple tasks independently
• Apply initiative to resolve accounting issues and maintain high-quality service delivery

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or Business Studies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support accounting tasks
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and other accounting software to enhance efficiency
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address accounting challenges
• Ability to meet deadlines with commitment and maintain a positive, hardworking attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
