Job Description:

• Maintain full set of accounts for EXEO Global (both corporate and business) including Accounts Receivables, Account Payable and General ledger, including preparation of schedules and reconciliations.
• Perform month-end closing related duties
• Prepare management reports and analyse financial performance on a monthly basis
• Prepare quarterly HQ reporting package for EXEO Global
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST report to IRAS
• Assist in budget/forecast preparation
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders in audit and tax matters
• Assist in documentation and monitoring in internal controls
• Review staff claims
• Perform administrative duties and any other duties assigned as and when required
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent
• Possess a minimum of 5 years working experience in accounting
• Experience in book-keeping and month end accounts closing is necessary
• Familiar with FRS
• Time-management abilities, fast learner, meticulous, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative and willingness to learn
• Good team player with positive working attitude
• Prior experience in SAP B1 accounting system is a bonus
