• Basic $3,500 - $,4500 + VB

• Working location: Tagore

• Working Days: Monday - Friday

• Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, payments, collections, bank reconciliation, and intercompany transactions.

• Review supplier invoices, ensure accurate costing, and process payments on time.

• Prepare invoices, monthly/year-end closing, and financial reports.

• Monitor cash flow and outstanding receivables.

• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

• Improve accounting processes and internal controls where necessary.

• Provide financial information and analysis to support management decisions.

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience managing a full set of accounts.

• Experience in a trading or engineering company will be an advantage.
