Job Description

1.Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Manage full set of accounts for multiple clients (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets)
  • Prepare and review financial reports (BS, P&L, Cash Flow) in accordance with SFRS
  • Handle consolidation where required

2.Tax Compliance & Advisory

  • Prepare and review GST, withholding tax, and corporate tax filings
  • Ensure compliance with IRAS regulations
  • Provide basic tax advisory support to clients

3.Financial Statements & Audit

  • Prepare year-end financial statements (SFRS)
  • Liaise with auditors and manage audit process

4.Client Management

  • Act as main contact for clients and handle queries
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide advisory support

5.Compliance & Updates

  • Ensure compliance with IRAS, ACRA, and SFRS requirements
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes

6.Team Support

  • Review junior staff’s work and provide guidance
  • Support process improvements

7.Other Duties

  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Qualifications: 

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field. 
  • Possess ISCA, ACCA, CPA or other equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Minimum 4 years of accounting experience in outsourced accounting and/or audit firms.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in outsourced accounting and tax services.
  • Strong understanding of SFRS and IRAS regulations, including GST, corporate income tax, and withholding tax. 
  • Proven record in leading team members or subordinate.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP B1) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.    
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Ability to effectively multitask and prioritise tasks. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
