• Position Title: Senior Accountant
• Working Location: Tuas Ave
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Manage the accounting process from transaction recording to month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and accounting schedules.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities accurately and within the required timeline.
• Prepare and submit GST F5 returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, account balances, and financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
• Liaise with internal departments, auditors, and external parties on accounting-related matters.
• Support audit preparation and provide necessary financial information when required.
• Review and improve accounting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform accounting duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably handling full set of accounts independently.
• Experience in preparing and submitting GST F5 returns.
• Proficient in accounting software, preferably MYOB and Odoo is advantageous
