Job Description

• Provide consistent, high-quality nursing and personal care to residents.
• Develop, review, and update individualized care plans.
• Assess residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being regularly.
• Supervise and guide staff to ensure adherence to nursing and administrative standards.
• Administer first aid, CPR, wound dressing, and emergency measures as required.
• Assist residents with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and toileting needs using proper techniques.
• Ensure residents’ dietary and medical needs are met according to care standards.
• Work with social workers and professionals on case assessments and admissions.
• Develop and implement programs to meet residents’ social and emotional needs.
• Assist doctors during rounds and update them on residents’ conditions.
• Transcribe and carry out doctors’ orders for treatment and medication.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Nursing
• Registered with valid SNB practicing certificate
• At least 2 years of related working experience
• Able to work independently
