Job scope:

• Handling phone calls
• Appointment booking and patient registration
• Cashier and dispensary duties
• Chaperoning for clinical examination
• Provide financial counseling and education on procedures
• Assist patient with insurance pre-authorisation
• Coordination of diagnostic tests
• Maintain clinic filings and storage
• Assisting in endoscopy procedures / surgical procedures if needed
• Other duties assigned by doctor

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm; Saturday: 8.30am - 12.30pm
