You are responsible for managing NNI’s Digital Platforms (social media, website and intranet), regularly planning and creating content, monitoring performance and online sentiment, improving Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), user experience and tracking data analytics to improve content and reach. You will also provide Internal Communications & Collateral support, conceptualising and designing communication materials such as posters, EDMs and supporting the broader communications team with events and campaigns, as assigned.

Requirements:

• Recognised Degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in communications / public relations, marketing communications or related position, preferably in a public sector and/or healthcare organisation
• Excellent command of English language (spoken and written). Proficiency in a second language is preferred
• Strong proficiency in website management and social media; conversant with traditional communication tools
• Good organisational skills and able to plan and coordinate projects independently
• Problem-solver and able to handle multiple projects at any given time
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
