Description

• Familiar with the operation, maintenance work, installation, repair, and diagnostic work of various residential and commercial ACMV equipment.
• Able to perform but minimum limit to:
• - wall plug installation, drilling work, equipment mounting, dismantling.
• - usage of industrial vacuum cleaner, water pressure jack, blower, multimeter, various spanner and screwdrivers, hot gun, brazing tools, copper flaring tools, welding tools, manifold gauge, pressure regulator, refrigerant pump down machine, and leak detector.
• - copper pipe cutting, flaring, joining, brazing, installation
• - belt replacement and pulley aligning work.
• - PVC pipe and trunking installation
• - metal tray or metal plate installation
• - electrical work of diagnosing, termination, minor transferring wire termination from old equipment to new one.
• - variable frequency drive operation, installation, setup, adjustment, termination field wiring.
• - water pump strainer cleaning.
• - cooling chemical cleaning and steam cleaning work.
• - condensate pipe service such as cleaning blockage, flushing, and realigning.
• - replacement of chilled water actuating control valve.
• - replacement of chilled water fan coil unit and air handling unit including of blower, motor, and belt replacement.
• - (optional) Familiar with air-cooled or water-cooled chiller operation, maintenance, breakdown diagnostics, working principle, reading and identifying chiller fault code, generating chiller operating log sheet,
• team player.
• good communication skills with customers.
• able to supervise and manage sub-contractor to perform work at the site.
• able to generate reports in English and submit them to customers for verification and certification.
• willing to accept breakdown calls and complaint calls after service hours.
• if possess a class 3 driving license, and must able to perform and limit to:- transport parts or materials, tools, equipment to the designated site location & handling of labour traveling from home/office location to work site location.
