Job Description

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are accurately estimated and tracked
• Assist in preparing and issuing tender documents for contractors and suppliers
• Evaluate tender submissions and manage procurement for MEP and Civil works
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Manage contracts related to MEP and Civil/Structural works
• Handle variations, claims, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
• Identify and manage cost risks and schedule delays
• Regularly inspect the site to ensure work is progressing as planned
• Act as a key point of contact between clients, contractors, and project teams
• Ensure smooth communication regarding project costs and schedules
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably within the semiconductor or industrial manufacturing sectors
• Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
• Sound computer literacy, including advanced skills in Excel
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Good communication, reading, and writing skills in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese associate
