Job Summary

Manage customer relationships and lead project execution from RFQ to mass production within the Electronics Manufacturing Services sector, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive revenue growth and business expansion
• Manage customer RFQ processes by preparing accurate costing and sales strategies for submission
• Lead project management activities from RFQ stage through to mass production to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate and liaise with customers and internal departments to align project activities and resolve issues
• Drive project deliverables and action plans by utilizing reports, checklists, and other project management tools
• Manage product Engineering Change Orders (ECO), End of Life (EOL) processes, and inventory control to optimize product lifecycle management

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Sales-related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), PCBA, or Box Build activities
• Proven experience in process manufacturing and program management
• Understanding of EMS cost structure and cost modeling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness and ability to travel
