You will also contribute to new productintroductions, technology transfers, automation initiatives, and digitaltransformation projects that support our ongoing operational excellence.

In this Role, YourResponsibilities Will Be:

·       Enhance manufacturing efficiency throughworkflow improvements, layout optimization, automation solutions, and digitaltransformation initiatives.

·       Lead or participate in development, training,and qualification activities for new product introductions or technologytransfers.

·       Provide engineering support to address out‑of‑controlsituations, resolve process issues, and drive preventive and correctiveactions.

·       Conduct capacity studies and identifyopportunities for improving bottleneck stations.

·       Ensure all processes and equipment operate inalignment with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and companypolicies.

For This Role, You Will Need:

·       Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant workingexperience.

·       Strong problem-solving, analytical, andtroubleshooting skills.

·       Good interpersonal, communication andleadership skills

·       Proficiency in computer skills, including ERP,MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications ThatSet You Apart:

·       Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

·       Experience in project management, particularlyin Lean, digitalization, or automation initiatives.

·       Interest or experience in Power BI, SQLqueries, programming, Power Automate, or Power Apps.
