Job Responsibilities:

·      Setup, prepare and model building development as planned /designed by Architect/QP, in BIM (Revit) – Architecture according to BCA BIM standards

·      Competence in preparation of 2D and 3D AutoCAD Drafting

·      Draft submission Cover Letters addressing respective building authorities for various the project development stages

·      Submission of drawings and documentations to all building authorities – URA, BCA, SCDF, LTA, NEA, PUB, NParks, etc to obtain respective Approvals /Clearances, including Amendments

·      The above apply to all major stages of project development – DC, BP, Tender, Construction, and TOP/CSC

Requirements:

·      Diploma / ITE in Architecture/ Built Environment, or its equivalent.

·      Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

·      Conversant in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD platforms to perform drawing and design work.

·      Experience in CoreNet Submission requirements, procedures and standards for BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD (2D) format.

·      Experience in the use of BIM tools for design / tender / construction documentation.

·      Experience in annotations and descriptions for 3D models and 2D drawings.
