About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore within the Houskeeping Department, Seamstress is responsible for the repair, alteration, and upkeep of all hotel textiles and uniforms, as well as providing prompt and discreet mending services for guests. This role supports the Housekeeping Department’s commitment to exceptional quality and presentation across all linens, staff attire, and guest garments.

As Seamstress, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Prior experience as a seamstress, tailor, or garment technician; luxury hotel or hospitality background preferred.
• Sew, mend, alter, and adjust uniforms, staff attire, guest garments, and hotel linens (curtains, bedding, tablecloths) as required.
