• Position Title: Sea and Air Freight Operation Executive
• Working Location: Paya Lebar
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon - Fri (9am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage air and sea freight operations and handle customer service directly with clients and agents.
• Assist customer service and sales teams by sourcing costs from trucking, shipping, and airline providers.
• Prepare all required documents, including billing invoices.
• Oversee complete operations for air and ocean freight import and export.
• Enter shipment data and billing information into the operational system.
• Handle customer inquiries in an efficient manner.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support the sales team with operational tasks and quotations.
• Handle documentation and operations for air and ocean freight, including permits, shipment data, billing, and other tasks as assigned.

• Min 2 years of experience in handling Airfreight and/ or Sea freight operations.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin language, to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
• Excellent knowledge of logistics, including import, export, and cross-trade.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
