Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of school facilities, supporting event setup, overseeing contractors, and ensuring the school is secured after operating hours. Also handles general operational tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of classrooms and school areas
• Clean and care for cleaning equipment
• Provide support for school events (e.g. move and set up furniture/equipment)
• Escort contractors and ensure works are authorised by the school
• Ensure lights, fans, and air-conditioning are turned off after use
• Lock doors and shutters, and arm the school alarm before leaving
• Perform other duties assigned by Operations Manager / School Leaders

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar school operations/support role
• Physically fit for manual tasks
• Basic knowledge of smartphone apps (e.g. browser, Singpass, WhatsApp) and walkie-talkies
• Positive attitude with a pleasant personality

• Location: Choa Chu Kang
• Working Schedule: Mon - Fri (10am - 7pm)
• Salary: $13 - $14/hr
