Role:

This is a full-time, onsite, Operation Support officer Role in MOE Primary School. If you are selected,

You will work closely with the Principal,Vice Principal, Operations Manager and/ Admin Manager, SPL, in MOE Primary School (nearest MRT- Hougang) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

● Perform general cleaning duties in the school premises.

● Keep the classrooms and special rooms clean.

● Provide logistical support in school events and activities, including carrying and arranging of furniture and equipment.

● Opening and/or closing of school premises

● Traffic control during peak hours

● Any other job assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

● At least 3 years of relevant experience as operations support staff or in a similar role.

● Preferably experience in a similar work environment (e.g., educational institutions, corporate offices, etc.).

● Medically fit and able to perform physical tasks associated with the role.

● Strong ability to work effectively as a team player and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, students, and other stakeholders.

● Male must have already served NS service.

Summary:

Contract Period: From 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027

Working Hours:

School term

● Mondays to Fridays: Based on a 2-shift roster between 6.00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (inclusive of 0.5-hr lunch break), not exceeding 44 hours a week

School holidays

● Mondays to Fridays: Based on 2-shift roster between 6:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., inclusive of 0.5-hr lunch break, not exceeding 44 hours a week

● Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
