JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide scalp / hair related services, such as washing, blowing and drying to customers.
• Recommend suitable solutions and products aligned with customer’s needs.
• Required to undergo and successfully complete training in all treatments.
• Required to continually be familiarised with all products and services and be proficient in answering customers’ questions.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Equip with knowledge on all administrative aspects of work including but not limited to record keeping, stock taking and ordering of consumable items required at the outlet.
• Identify issues relating to maintenance of machines and equipment, and any promotions that may be offered by the outlet from time to time.
• Be an Ambassador of the Company.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Company.
