SAP Migration Support Executive (6-Month Contract)

What You'll Be Doing

Master Data Cleansing & Validation

• Review, cleanse, and validate master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Validate procurement, supplier, purchasing, material, inventory, and planning master data.
• Identify duplicate, missing, or inaccurate records and coordinate corrections with business stakeholders.
• Support data standardization and governance activities to improve overall data quality.

SAP Migration Support

• Assist with data collection, verification, reconciliation, and migration readiness activities.
• Support migration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating migrated data and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain data tracking logs, issue registers, and validation records.
• Work closely with project teams and business users to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Documentation & Project Coordination

• Prepare migration reports, documentation, and status updates.
• Monitor assigned tasks and provide regular progress updates.
• Support project coordination and administrative activities throughout the migration lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• Min 2 years of experience in SAP or ERP systems
• Experience handling master data, supplier records, purchasing data, inventory, or material master data is preferred.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Flexible to support occasional after-hours calls with colleagues across different time zones.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: S$3,000 – S$5,000
• 6-Month Contract
• Completion Bonus (Equivalent to Half-Month Salary)
• Company transport provided
