Create, maintain and archive SAP Master Data according to agreed business processes and Key Performance Indicators;
Maintain an audit trail for Master Data information including SAP Data Dictionaries and relevant training material;
Coordinate requests by Master Data owners and users;
Ensure master data information conforms to the requirements as set up in the manual;
Educate Master Data Owners and Users on business processes and right first time requests to facilitate flawless execution of SAP master data entry;
Support team by providing subject matter expert advice on master data;
Handle queries related to master data;
Ability to communicate well with both internal and external clients globally;
Continuously look for opportunities to simplify and improve current business process.
