Job Summary

You will prepare simple sandwich items using cooking methods like oven toasting and egg frying, manage inventory using FIFO methods, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and engage with customers to ensure a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwich items by oven toasting bread and frying eggs to meet quality and presentation standards
• Set up the food preparation station before service hours to ensure readiness for operations
• Greet customers warmly as they approach the counter to create a friendly environment
• Follow serving guidelines precisely, including portion control and food presentation, to maintain consistency
• Clean and sanitize the counter, equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly to uphold hygiene standards
• Apply first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory management to monitor ingredient freshness and dispose of expired items promptly
• Manage stock by ordering and storing products efficiently, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain inventory levels
• Comply with food hygiene guidelines and regulations to ensure safe food handling practices
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and suggest new menu items based on customer insights
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support smooth daily operations
