Responsibility

• Design and implement Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), creating guided and intuitive experience for both internal and external users.
• Translate business needs into scalable OmniStudiocomponents: OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Decision Tables.
• Ensure seamless integrations with third-party and legacy systems using REST APIs, Apex, and Integration Procedures.
• Drive best practices for configuration, compliance, and security in line with public sector standards.
• Maintain solution documentation: design specs, unit test plans, deployment guides, and well-documented code.
• Manage release cycles using GitLab, Salesforce DX, and Metadata APIs, ensuring robust version control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, architects,clientstakeholders) to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce platform development experience.
• 2+ years proven experience in designing and developing with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
• Good analysis and solution design skills.​
• Salesforce OmniStudioDeveloper Certification is must have.
• Exposure to Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
• Strong analytical and solution design skills, with experience translating government business processes into digital workflows.
• Meticulous attention to documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and maintainability across solution designs and technical artifacts.
• Familiarity with GitLab, VS Code, Salesforce DX, and API-based integrations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders including government agencies and citizen-facing teams.
