• Lead and manage a small Sales Support team (3–4 members) to ensure efficient order processing and customer support
• Oversee daily order workflow including Proforma Invoice, PO issuance and supplier follow-up
• Ensure compliance with contract pricing, company policies and agreed payment terms
• Monitor team KPI performance including order accuracy, response time and fulfilment timeline
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, Operations and Production teams to ensure timely delivery
• Review and approve creation of part codes, credit notes and documentation in SAP / IMS
• Support team development through training, coaching and process improvement
• Handle escalations related to urgent orders, supplier delays or customer requirements
