RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively generate and engage leads through outbound outreach, events, and marketing campaigns
• Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team to drive conversions
• Maintain fast response times to new leads, ideally within 24 to 48 hours
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support pipeline progression and deal coordination
• Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations where required
• Partner with marketing on campaign messaging and lead generation initiatives
• Follow up consistently to ensure timelines, responses, and deal momentum are maintained

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, SDR, or a client-facing coordination role
• Strong hunter mindset with resilience and comfort in outbound engagement
• Familiarity with tendering processes; experience with GeBIZ is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and time management skills
