Location: 10 minutes by bus from Tuas Crescent MRT station 
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm (with multiple breaks)
Salary: Up to $4000 + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
• Prepare and follow up on quotations for marine parts and services with a strong focus on accuracy and turnaround time
• Manage end-to-end order processing, from order creation to delivery coordination
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure smooth execution of service requests
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source required parts and support timely fulfilment
• Generate invoices and support billing processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate
• Assist in tracking order status and resolving any issues or delays proactively
• Handle ad-hoc operational tasks and support the Commercial team as needed

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar Sales Support / Coordination role
• Experience working in marine, shipping, or logistics-related industries is required
• Hands-on experience with ERP / SAP or similar systems
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
