Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and generate invoices accurately and promptly
• Handle purchase order processing and ensure correct documentation
• Prepare shipping documents including Commercial Invoice and Packing List
• Coordinate with customers to provide updates on order status and shipping arrangements
• Liaise with suppliers on order fulfillment and shipment schedules
• Work closely with warehouse teams to arrange daily delivery operations
• Support additional logistics assignments as required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics support
