Job Scope:

• Follow up with customers on payment schedules and perform collection for overdue accounts
• Coordinate internally to obtain supporting documents required for customer payment processing
• Prepare daily sales revenue updates, including changes reflected by Customer Service (CS)
• Update weekly sales forecasts for upcoming months and ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Support Account Managers in setting up and maintaining new RFQ folders and related documentation
• Prepare and maintain sales-related audit documents for customer and system audits
• Update and maintain monthly Sales Management and Sales KPI reports
• Handle general office administration duties and perform other tasks as assigned by Management
